Cameras, cords, and installation equipment are new. Parent unit is in good used condition (pictured). Kids broke out first parent until so we had to replace with another set, so that's why the parent unit was used. <br><br>This model does split screen! <br><br>Best baby monitor ever! We've grown out of it, but this was an awesome monitor. No wi-fi!<br><br>Non-smoking and dog-owning household.
